Default CE Prophecies Divine Aura - Dervish and Paragon

I did a serch and haven't found anything on this, But i am curious if anyone has heard anything or knows anything about this.

I have gotten all 3 CE's thus far, and noticed that each character's divine aura is different and unique, except the Dervish and Paragon have the same divine aura as the monk. It kind of takes away the uniqueness to it - Does anyone know why this is or if they plan to change it?

I dont mind that so much, but what I think is a bummer is you cant have Divine aura + Unique dance on paragon and Derv.

I want to show divine aura and my cool dance effects but it looks like 1 or the other (I havent tried it in a while so this may be fixed)

I just kinda think it takes away the uniqueness of each character class - maybe they will change it in the future, but i also agree, i always do both the divine aura and the ce dance with my ritualist and assasin, i guess im a little show-offy but still. I wish they would fix both things.

I remember reading a post about this (Gaile posted some information).

The just of it was it was not planned to allow it and she would talk to dev. Not sure of the thread link or the result. If they don't put it in Nightfall, I doubt to see it in future chapters new jobs as well. It should keep showing on core jobs. Not too happy about this.

I haven't tried with the new Nightfall characters. But in Factions you can type /dance (to start the Divine Aura) then /dancenew (to start the CE dance). That way it shows both the the Divine Aura and CE dance.

It doesn't show a unique color for each class; the colors represent a patron god i.e. warriors and elementalists both have auras of balthazar.

Anyway; Gaile mentioned that divine aura might not be supported by all campaigns so I'd rather have a repeated aura than no aura at all.

I too would like to see this happen.

While the bottom of this is true. The top is not. The Ritualist is under Grenth but it doesn't share the same aura that the Necromancer has. Elementalists are under all gods, but it doesn't share the Warrior aura since the most used PvE elementalists are fire which generally puts them under Balthasar.

Well yes, but they are different shapes. for example the ele has a thiner fire than the warrior - they are noticably different. and the ritualist has the same color as monk, but it has a square type shape, while the monks is circular. They are all actually different in some way until now, which personally i feel that they should make them both unique, regarless of what color they are. They all should be unique to their character class.

But i would prefer some aura rather than none at all.

It's the color they share not the whole effect. The ritualist is kinda greenish blue as they're a bit of grenth and dwayna but they're largely attributed to grenth. Obviously with elementalists worshiping all the gods they could only pick one color to give them. The elementalist has a redish aura and so does the warrior; red is for balthazar. Not sure where you were going with that one...

Monk and Ritualist aura is not the same color.
Of course it would be nice if every profession had a distinct aura, but with all the features they had to work out with Nightfall they just decided to reuse an existing aura. They even had to cancel making a CG opening for the game; just be glad they gave us any aura at all.

Well it is similar in color - But at any rate, no one seems to agree with me.

yeah, now you have the choice....if you type in any other emote you will get the divine aura (for those of us with both ce's)....but if you type in /dancenew first you will get the disco ball/sparkleys and no divine aura.....hope they fix that! (tried /flute got aura, then /dancenew...aura no sparkleys.....then logged out and on again, typed in /dancenew had sparkleys and no aura, /flute got the aura, /dancenew aura no sparkleys.....)........
